Our Mission
Growing numbers of operational low-income housing non-profit organizations in metropolitan areas of eastern North Carolina are under-served. These are predominantly rural areas, and small to medium size communities just outside of thriving metropolitan areas.
Our Mission is simply to remain a steadfast and viable non-profit organization dedicated to producing new low-income housing in the many under-served and rural areas of North Carolina.
Our Vision
Our main goal is to improve the quality of living
for the low to moderate-income population.
A secondary goal is to provide empowerment services to the low to
moderate-income residents of our communities so they will
have the tools and knowledge to improve their quality of life.
These services may include, but are not limited to:
Computer classes
Home-ownership classes
Household Budgeting classes
Sponsorship of community activities
After-School Tutoring
